My passion is to be of service to the community in aiding in healthy change and transformation. I believe that dis-ease starts with emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances and manifests as physical dis-ease, which is why I take a holistic approach to bodywork. I offer Massage, Bodywork, Reiki Instruction, and relaxation technique seminars for students. I use my 6th-sense to guide me when providing you with Massage or Energy Balancing, while empowering you to do your own healing, so that you can achieve the greatest results from your sessions. In 2001, I was introduced to Reiki and Massage while I was working toward my BA in Accounting and my CPA license while at UW-Whitewater. During that same year I started using and learning more about essential oils. I took my Reiki I training in 2002, started seeing Reiki clients in 2004 and graduated from Fox Valley School of Massage in 2005. Since then I have obtained national and state certification in therapeutic massage and bodywork and have become an Usui Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher. I continue to take classes to aid in my own personal growth and bodywork knowledge in order to better serve you.
My goal is to help you find peace within, in whatever way is best for you. All sessions are customized to fit your needs and may vary each time you receive a Massage and/or Bodywork treatment. Through Massage and Bodywork, I have helped people relieve everyday stress and muscle pain in addition to helping with such things as fibromyalgia, headache pain, and grief from losing a loved one. In addition I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults. The types of therapies I offer include: Swedish Relaxation Massage, Rainessence Reiki Massage (Raindrop Technique), Hot Stone Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Chair Massage, Reiki, and Ancient Stone Healing. I am also available for Pre-Natal Massage and Lymphatic Massage. In addition, I have received training in Neuromuscular Therapy for the Upper body, Polarity, Myofascial Release, and Reflexology.
