Reiki Classes
Learn techniques to bring balance to your own body, mind, and emotions, relieve headaches, decrease pain from such things as fibromyalgia, MS, and other dis-eases., while being able to also help others if you wish. Reiki is also great for helping animals with such things as anxiety.
Host a Reiki class for your group (minimum 5 students for level I and minimum 3 students for level II) and you will receive a complimentary hour bodywork session. Email wendi@peacefulspirit.biz or call 920-540-4114 for group pricing.
Classes can also be taken as one-on-one for $50 more than the stated special price.
- Reiki I
2011: Saturday September 10th 9am-5pm with follow-up practice date tbd
This class includes a level I attunement to open yourself up to receiving and giving Reiki. The focus is on your physical healing and using Reiki for yourself. During the class you will have time to give and receive a Reiki treatment and can expect to learn the following: the history of Reiki, how it works including information on the Chakras and Meridians of the Body, when to use Reiki and the many benefits of it, various Japanese Reiki techniques, and how to give yourself and others a Reiki treatment. In addition you will learn about the power of your intention through a finger lengthening experiment. 2011 Special: $125 (normally $175), includes class manual and a Reiki session at 50% off within a year after taking the class (non transferable/one per student). - Reiki II
Saturday October 1, 2011 9am-5pm with follow-up practice date tbd
In Reiki II, the focus is on emotional and distant healing. You will receive a level II attunement and learn the first three Reiki symbols which can enhance your results with Reiki. Whether you are looking to progress with your own personal and spiritual growth and/or you want to become a Reiki practitioner and start seeing clients, this class is great for you. During the last part of the class we will discuss how to build a Reiki practice. Additional Japanese techniques will also be taught and you will practice giving and receiving Reiki using your new knowledge and class experience. $175-includes class manual, $125 if you took my level I class; Please RSVP at least 7 days prior. $50 non-refundable deposit required.

- Advanced Reiki Training
Saturday October 29th, 2011 9am-5pm with follow-up practice date tbd
This Class is for the serious student who wants to advance their healing skills or spiritual growth. You will receive the Usui Master attunement and learn the Master Symbol which increases the strength of your Reiki energy and the effectiveness of the Reiki II symbols. You will practice using this master symbol, in addition to learning a reiki meditation that strengthens the mind and expands consciousness. The use of crystals and stones will be addressed as well as how to make a Reiki grid to continuously send Reiki to yourself and others after it is charged. And more... 2011 Special: $175 (normally $225), includes class manual and a Reiki session at 50% off within a year after taking the class (non transferable). Master/Teacher Training (Usui/Tibetan)

In this class you will receive an
attunement which will allow you to pass on Reiki to others. You
will also learn how to give attunements for the various levels of reiki,
additional meditation techniques, a Healing Attunement which can empower
your reiki treatments, and you will have plenty of practice and sharing
time. (2 day class) $300-includes class manual (normally $400), Please RSVP

What to Bring to Class: Notepad, Pen/Pencil, Pillow to sit on, Water, Healthy Snacks. Dress Comfortably.
What to do to Prepare during the week of class: drink plenty of water, limit or eliminate all alcohol intake (do not drink the night before class), eat fresh fruits and vegetables, get plenty of rest, and be conscience of your breathing.
